On the day before Thanksgiving, the children, the teachers and parents gathered here at Saint Victor’s Preschool for a traditional Thanksgiving feast. The delicious dishes included mashed potatoes with gravy, turkey slices, cranberry sauce, homemade stuffing, sweet potatoes, pumpkin pie, fresh fruit and bread rolls. One parent came in and made the stuffing with the children — giving each child an opportunity to help!

The children learned that Thanksgiving is a day to be thankful for their family, their good health, their toys, and most importantly; for having God in their everyday lives. The teachers also expressed the need to be thankful everyday, not  just once a year.

A BIG THANK YOU  to all of the parents that joined us for the feast. On behalf of the staff of Saint Victor’s Preschool, I would like to say we are very thankful for having such wonderful and supportive family network. It was a very blessed Thanksgiving feast.
