This week was all about Cooking! But before we started our cooking activities, we decided to walk down the street to our local Trader Joe’s store for a tour! The walking field trip began with the children, teachers and parent volunteers walking through the neighborhood with our STOP! signs for safety along the way. Those signs came in handy at the busier intersections.

Once we arrived, the super friendly Trader Joe’s staff gave the preschoolers , teachers and parents a behind the scenes look at the store as well as the stock room! Each child was given a Trader Joe’s goodie bag to take home. Just another reason why Trader Joe’s is our favorite neighborhood grocery store!
