This week the children learned about different types of animals that can be found in a zoo! We talked about snakes, monkeys, and cheetahs – just to name a few.  To end or “Zoo Animals” week — we decided to get out of the classroom and visit the Los Angeles Zoo to see some animals up close!

The day was warm but the children were beyond excited to be at the zoo! We saw flamingos, elephants, lions, giraffes, crocodiles, gorillas and so many more!

A BIG thank you to all the parents that were able to join us on this field trip! Everyone had a wonderful time at the zoo — we will be back!
